How do I reschedule or cancel?
You can reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment via your confirmation email or by contacting us directly.
Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes — digital and physical vouchers are available. They can be redeemed at any Niobe location.
What should I wear / bring?
Just bring yourself — robes, towels and amenities are provided. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to relax before your treatment.
